Early Intervention Services

Community-Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS)

JJD Learning Academy offers Community-Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS) designed to support children and families in developing essential life, social, and behavioral skills within their everyday environments. Our CBRS program focuses on promoting independence, improving functioning, and enhancing overall quality of life through structured, individualized support.

What is CBRS?

Community-Based Rehabilitative Services are goal-oriented, individualized services provided in natural settings such as the home, school, and community. These services are designed to help children build the skills necessary to successfully navigate daily routines, social interactions, and environmental expectations.

At JJD Learning Academy, CBRS is delivered by trained professionals under the supervision of qualified clinicians (LBA, BCBA), ensuring services are both effective and aligned with best practices.

Our CBRS Approach

Our approach to CBRS is:

  • Individualized: Services are tailored to each child’s strengths and areas of need
  • Community-Focused: Skills are taught and practiced in real-life settings
  • Strength-Based: We build on what the child can do while supporting areas of growth
  • Family-Centered: Families are actively involved in goal setting and progress
