Description

A Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designs, implements, and monitors evidence-based treatment plans, primarily using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, to improve socially significant behaviors in clients with autism, developmental disorders, or behavioral challenges. They conduct assessments, analyze data, supervise staff, and train caregivers to support skill acquisition and reduce problem behaviors in schools, clinics, or homes.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Active BCBA/QBA certification
  • Experience in ABA service delivery
  • Strong leadership and clinical skills
